Paintwork

ALUTECH roller-rolled profiles are made from aluminum strip with a two-layer polyurethane coating with integrated polyamide particles (PUR/PA). Polyamide particles are more hard and abrasion resistant.

Uniform foam filling

The foam filling of ALUTECH roller rolling profiles is uniform, without pores or cavities. This guarantees high resistance of the profiles to loads and minimizes deformation.

Optimal thickness of aluminum tape

For the production of roller-rolled profiles and rollforming protective boxes, a strip of strictly specified thickness is always used. This guarantees stable strength characteristics.

High-quality pairing of all structural elements of the roller shutter

The stable geometry of roller shutter profiles, protective boxes and other components guarantee high-quality mating of all roller shutter parts. This ensures the absence of gaps and protruding parts, promotes uninterrupted operation of the drive and long service life of the roller shutter.

AR/40(N) - aluminum profile with soft foam filling and two-layer paint coating. Profiles can be with or without perforation. Perforated profiles have narrow holes along the top locking part. Diffused light penetrating through the holes creates a pleasant twilight.

AR/41T(N) – energy efficient profile. The main feature of this profile is double-sided painting. On the one hand there is a standard color, on the other there is a special silver thermal coating with a large number of aluminum particles, which provide a higher coefficient of heat reflection and, as a result, help retain heat indoors.

Protective boxes

Alutech produces and offers a wide range of protective boxes: 20 and 45 degree, round and semicircular, a system of built-in boxes. A large selection of standard box sizes - from 125 to 405 mm - allows you to install roller shutters on openings of various sizes. The assortment includes aluminum rollforming and extruded protective boxes.

A large selection of Alutech guide rails makes it possible to select tires for roller shutters installed on openings of any size, taking into account the requirements for burglary resistance, the possibility of saving on wide openings, and the characteristics of the openings.

Color solutions for Prestige roller shutters

A wide range of colors of profiles and components for Prestige roller shutters - 20 colors for roller-rolled profiles, 19 colors for extruded profiles - provides a variety of options for combining roller shutters with the building facade. Depending on the color, roller shutter systems can blend into the facade or, on the contrary, serve as a bright element, creating original and individual solutions.

The color range of the roller shutter system frames is also presented in a wide range of colors:
• Protective boxes 20° and 45° – 14 colors;
• Protective round / semicircular boxes and side covers; guide rails and end profiles – 19 colors with a glossy surface and 6 colors with a pebbled surface.

You can choose different combinations of the color of the canvas and the frame of the roller shutter. For example, the canvas matches the color of the building facade, and the frame matches the color of the roof, or vice versa.
