Roller shutter profiles

AG/77 - profile with soft foam filling. The profiles are made of high-quality aluminum tape with a two-layer paint coating, which is highly wear-resistant.

Guide bars

Alutech offers 2 tire sizes for roller gates: GR90x34E(IE/BE), GR100x35IE.

The GR90x34E(IE/BE) tire, along with grooves for installing inserts, has an additional groove for a brush insert. The reinforced GR100x35IE tire with wind grips ensures the roller shutter's resistance to increased wind loads.

To ensure increased wind resistance, in addition to the GR100x35IE tire, it is possible to use side locks SP/77-MSW, SP/77-MSM. Locks are installed in profile AG/77 (AG/77H).

Additional options

Automatic control provides the most convenient maintenance of roller grilles: just press a button on the remote control or use a switch, and the grille will quickly open or close. For increased comfort, it is also necessary to ensure the reliability and safety of daily use of the grille.

Color solutions for Prestige roller shutters

A wide range of colors for profiles and components for Prestige roller shutters - 20 colors for roller-rolled profiles, 19 colors for extruded profiles - provides a variety of options for combining roller shutters with the building facade. Depending on the color, roller shutter systems can blend into the facade or, on the contrary, serve as a bright element, creating original and individual solutions.

The color range of the roller shutter system frames is also presented in a wide range of colors:
• Protective boxes 20° and 45° – 14 colors;
• Protective round / semicircular boxes and side covers; guide rails and end profiles – 19 colors with a glossy surface and 6 colors with a pebbled surface.
You can choose different combinations of the color of the canvas and the frame of the roller shutter. For example, the canvas matches the color of the building facade, and the frame matches the color of the roof, or vice versa.
