Assortment of ProPlus sandwich panels

• Closed contour of steel sheets Sandwich panel sheets (inner and front) were fastened at the bottom and top into a lock. This connection helps prevent its delamination in the sun (important for the operation of gates with a dark color of the door leaf and in southern regions).
• Anti-finger pinch protection The panel is designed to completely eliminate finger pinch points (meets safety standard EN12604).
• Excellent adhesion of steel sheets to foam. A layer of adhesive varnish of 12 microns provides reliable adhesion of sheets to foam. Panels with this coating are protected from swelling during prolonged use in the sun.
High anti-corrosion properties The anti-corrosion resistance of the panel is guaranteed by a layer of soil (5-7 microns) and a zinc coating (16 microns).
• Polyurethane coating PUR-PA (with polyamide particles) is applied to the front side of the panel. It protects against scratches and increases the overall corrosion resistance of the gate.

• Good thermal insulation 1.0 m² °C/W* - coefficient of resistance to heat transfer in industrial doors. The value corresponds to a 65 cm brick wall.

Wicket in the door leaf:
This type of gate is ordered if an additional entrance to the room is needed. Its use allows you not only to enter the premises without opening the gate, but also to save their resource. This option allows you to use the gate structure with maximum comfort.

Built-in windows:
The use of windows in gates allows you to save on lighting production workshops. Alutech's product range includes various types of glazing for industrial doors.

Castle:
For rooms without an additional entrance, a deadbolt lock is offered. It allows you to open and close the gate both from the inside and from the outside.

Side door:
The side door and sectional gates are made in the same style and fit harmoniously into the facade of the building, complementing each other perfectly. The gate is made of panels with the same pattern and color as sectional doors.

Panoramic glazing:
One or more panoramic panels - and the new look of your gate is ready. Compared to built-in windows, you get even more visibility and lighting.

Protection against vandals:
With an anti-jacking device, the gate is protected from burglary. The device will block the canvas if it is lifted unauthorized.
