Roller grilles are movable systems that provide an excellent appearance for shop windows and stained glass windows and provide reliable protection for valuables. Roller grilles are made from extruded aluminum profiles - grilles with rectangular windows, single-walled, double-walled, high-strength. Profile width – from 30 to 84 mm, thickness – from 13.5 to 19 mm.

• Max size: width – 4.5 m, area – 13.5 m2.
• Light transmission – up to 42%.
• Ideal for protecting small and medium-sized storefronts of boutiques, window/door openings of residential and administrative buildings (apartments, cottages, offices, banks).

Rolling grilles series AEG84
• Max size: width – 7.0 m, area – 21.0 m2.
• Light transmission – up to 47%.
• Suitable for large openings in retail, office, industrial premises, and parking lots (as an entrance group).

Installation of roller grilles AEG56

Installation with outer box
There are the following main types of installation with an outer box:
• Surface mounting external and internal
• Built-in installation with a box outside and inside
• Combined installation with a box outside and inside

Installation with built-in box
The main feature of this system is the hidden installation of a protective box in the facade of the building. These installation options provide for the creation of special niches during the construction process in the lintel of the opening for the installation of a roller shutter box.
There are the following main types of installation with a built-in SB-I box:

Installation with partial covering of the opening
• Installation above the opening
• Installation in the opening

Installation of roller grilles AEG84
Roller grilles of the AEG84 series can be mounted either with a protective box or without a box - on consoles.

The main advantage of roller shutter grilles on consoles or with side covers with carriages is smooth and safe movement along the guide rails, reduction of bending loads on the suspension elements, which significantly increases the service life of the roller shutter grilles. Boxless installation is only suitable for indoor installation.

Boxless installation on consoles

Roller shutter profiles series AEG56
The classic AEG56 profile with large windows ensures a high level of air and light penetration into the room. The AEG56/P profile with fine and frequent perforations creates an additional barrier to prevent foreign objects from entering the grille, while maintaining optimal light and air permeability.

Combined use with the AEG56(AEG56/P) grille profiles and the AEG30/S double-walled fixing profiles provides increased strength and additional stability to the grille sheet, which allows the grille to be installed on wider openings.

The AEG56F fixing profile is designed to connect the leaf to the shaft and provides protection against unauthorized lifting of the grille when closed.

The AER56 single-wall profile prevents debris from getting behind the grille when installed in the lower part of the leaf and generally increases the stability of the roller shutter grille structure.

Roller shutter profiles series AEG84
Combined use with AEG84 grating profiles and double-walled AEG45/S fixing profiles provides increased strength and additional stability to the grating web, which allows the grating to be installed on wider openings.

The AEG84F fixing profile is designed to connect the leaf to the shaft and provides protection against unauthorized lifting of the grille when closed.

The AER84 single-wall profile, when installed at the bottom of the leaf, prevents debris from getting behind the grille and generally increases the stability of the structure.

Color solutions for roller grilles

Wide range of colors of profiles and components for roller grilles - 19 colors for extruded profiles. Depending on the color, roller shutter systems can blend into the facade or, on the contrary, serve as a bright element, creating original and individual solutions.

The color range of the roller shutter system frames is also presented in a wide range of colors:
• Protective boxes 20° and 45° – 14 colors;
• Protective round / semicircular boxes and side covers; guide rails and end profiles – 19 colors with a glossy surface and 6 colors with a pebbled surface.

You can choose different combinations of the color of the canvas and the frame of the roller shutter. For example, the canvas matches the color of the building facade, and the frame matches the color of the roof, or vice versa.
